My mindset has changed in a big way!

- and not just about food and eating! I find myself challenging the things I do "because I've always done it that way" and looking to spend my time doing things I really enjoy. I think back to where I was at when I applied for the program and I can't believe how far I've come. I went from feeling like I needed to be thin/fit to be happy and restricting all of the fun out of my life to eating what makes me feel good, not worrying what the scale says and taking care of my body instead of scrutinizing it. The SOUL Method program is a high touch, high support 3 month coaching program. 

I will walk you step by step through my proven framework to help you heal your relationship with food & body and cultivate healthful habits that are realistic, sustainable and balanced. 

There are only a limited number of 1:1 spots available to work with me so that I can provide high levels of support and communication with these clients.


My relationship with food has been difficult for as long as I can remember and has included restriction, overexercising, and binging. Learning how to eat, manage stress, and move my body in a way that feels good, both emotionally and physically, is something I could never repay Caitlin for. As a Registered Dietitian and someone who had struggled with the restrict-binge cycle for 10+ years, it has become my mission to help millennial women create a peaceful relationship with food & body that allows them to take charge of their health without sacrificing their social & mental health.

Over the last 2 years, I have worked with tons clients who are just like you, struggling with their relationship with food, binge eating and wishing they could create a healthful life that they could actually enjoy. Learning how to nourish their body without restricting their favorite foods has changed their lives for the best!
