But full disclosure - I wasn't always the picture of a healthy relationship with food, body and movement. I spent over 10 years obsessing over everything I ate (hello, MFP), feeling guilty for eating certain foods and constantly trying to exercise to burn it off to become the smallest version of myself (hello, P90x and running). This only left me feeling exhausted all the time, more unhappy in my own body and more stressed, obsessed and out of control with food.

After one night of binge eating until I was so sick and embarrassed. I started realizing that not only was this obsession affecting my physical health and preventing me from focusing on what was most important to me: my family & friends - it was also keeping me stuck in a never-ending cycle of restricting & obsessing over food, then bingeing.

a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, dog mom and unashamed homebody who lives in yoga pants. But my true purpose in life is to help women reject diet & beauty standards and truly create a healthy relationship with food.

I'm Caitlin,

Hey there!

I decided  it was time to change the way I viewed food and how I treated my body. I stumbled upon intuitive eating and  at first, was like "no way that could work for me". But after years of the same binge-restrict cycle and having food consuming every thought or move I made - I was willing to give it a try!

Fast forward to now, I have a healthy relationship with food that allows me to balance both the foods that I love and the foods that make me feel good without guilt or stress. And this has helped me to feel more energized, less obsessed and out of control with food and gives me more mind space to focus on the more important things in life!

After completing my Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, I moved to Tennessee to complete my dietetic internship and national board exam to become a Registered Dietitian and open my own coaching practice to help others feel this type of freedom and peace around food & body as well!

My mindset has changed in a big way!

- and not just about food and eating! I find myself challenging the things I do "because I've always done it that way" and looking to spend my time doing things I really enjoy. I think back to where I was at when I applied for the program and I can't believe how far I've come. I went from feeling like I needed to be thin/fit to be happy and restricting all of the fun out of my life to eating what makes me feel good, not worrying what the scale says and taking care of my body instead of scrutinizing it. So much more joy in that!

Caitlin really knows what she’s doing and she’s so supportive. She’s also really funny, which makes the sessions a lot of fun! 

I’ve always been super concerned about weight gain and getting diabetes. I saw carbs and sugar as the enemy and did my best to avoid them even though they were secretly all I wanted to eat. Now I can have a meal from a restaurant or a treat at work without spiraling into thoughts that I’m going to have diabetes one day. My nutrition is actually way better.
